PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size without expanding a coil end of a stator coil. SOLUTION: A stator coil forming device forming a coil end of a stator coil includes: an end face forming jig 23 having a taper portion 231 on a stator side and compresses an end face in a motor rotation shaft direction of a coil end 3; and an outer periphery forming jig 21 which has a taper portion 211 abutting on the taper portion 231 of the end face forming jig 23 and compresses the outer periphery of the coil end by movement from an outer peripheral side of the motor to the coil end 3 of the stator coil. When the end face forming jig 23 moves in a direction where the coil end 3 is compressed, the outer periphery forming jig 21 moves from the outer peripheral side of the coil end 3 to the direction where the coil end 3 is compressed by force that the taper portion 231 of the end face forming jig 23 pushes the tape portion 211 of the outer periphery forming jig 21.
