The present invention relates to a weight-operated floodgate apparatus for a watercourse pipe and, more specifically, to a weight-operated floodgate apparatus for a watercourse pipe, which enables a floodgate to be opened by water pressure generated by the weight of water and allows the water to flow out when the watercourse pipe is filled with a certain amount of water; and enables the opened floodgate to be closed by the weight of a weight. According to the present invention, the weight-operated floodgate apparatus for a watercourse pipe comprises a floodgate (100), a hinge shaft (200), an opening unit (300), and an opening assistance unit (400). The floodgate (100) is installed in a watercourse pipe (30) through which water (10) flows, and blocks the flow of the water (10) or discharges the water (10) when closed or opened through rotation. The hinge shaft (200) is integrally installed on the bottom of the floodgate (100) and coupled with the rotation of the floodgate (100). The opening unit (300) is connected to the hinge shaft (200) but arranged on a horizontal line different from the floodgate (100); is coupled with the floodgate (100) and rotated in one direction, if the floodgate (100) is rotated by the weight of the water (10) stored in the watercourse pipe (30) and opens the watercourse pipe (30); and is rotated in the other direction and enables the floodgate (100) to close the watercourse pipe(30), if the water (10) in the watercourse pipe (30) is discharged into the outside. The opening assistance unit (400) assists the opening unit (300) while being coupled with the rotation of the hinge shaft (200), and enables the floodgate (100) to resist water pressure generated by the weight of the water (10) stored in the watercourse pipe (30), and then to be opened. |
