<p>The present invention relates to an industrial rubber and fiber synthetic resin mat which solves problems disturbing work and incurring civil complaints by using an organic solvent as in the past and avoids pollution problems on an industrial site by using an odorless inorganic binder. A manufacturing method for the industrial rubber and fiber synthetic resin mat manufactured by using rubber chips which are pulverized waste rubbers and fiber chips which are industrial by-products as main materials forms an inorganic binder produced by mixing 20-40 parts by weight of MTMS, 5-10 parts by weight of silicic acid and 20-30 parts by weight of water based on 100 parts by weight of silica sol, mixes 1-10 parts by weight of bicarbonate in order to form a three-dimensional reticular structure by a silica sol and gel method by being based on 100 parts by weight of a mixture obtained by mixing 40-60 parts by weight of rubber chips, 30-40 parts by weight of fiber chips and 10-20 parts by weight of the inorganic binder and performing stirring and obtains a mat of a sheet shape by performing compression with a high temperature compression roller or a mold.</p> |
