PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-term storage system of a steam turbine and a condenser which can reduce the equipment cost. SOLUTION: The system causes dry compressed air from control compressed-air supply equipment to diverge from a control pneumatic line 9 to a temporary control pneumatic line 11b, in which the equipment is provided in an existing power plant and includes a control air compressor 10a, a dehumidifier 10b, and an air reservoir 10c. The dry compressed air is supplied to a compressed dry pneumatic line 11a via a pressure reducing valve 15; is supplied to a high- and medium-pressure turbine 1 via a control valve 13; and thereafter passes through a low-pressure turbine 2 and the condenser 3 to be discharged from a vacuum break valve 4.
