摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a highly concentrated low-calorie beverage (beverage base) with Rubus crataegifolius Bunge. The method can solve a high calorie issue due to plenty of sugar added for manufacturing the confiture of Rubus crataegifolius Bunge, which is a beverage made of Rubus crataegifolius Bunge manufactured and sold by a relatively simple process, by extracting juice from carefully selected Rubus crataegifolius Bunge, filtering and concentrating the juice using a rotary evaporator, and mixing the concentrate with apple vinegar, a concentrate of Schisandra chinensis, dextrin, and stevioside. The method for manufacturing a highly concentrated low-calorie beverage (beverage base) with Rubus crataegifolius Bunge comprises: an extraction process for extracting juice from carefully selected Rubus crataegifolius Bunge (a first process); a filtration process for filtering the Rubus crataegifolius Bunge juice extracted in the first process with a 100 mesh filter (a second process); a concentration process for concentrating the Rubus crataegifolius Bunge juice filtered in the second process at a concentration temperature of 35-40°C under the depression condition of 3 kgf/cm^2 or lower until the concentration of the juice becomes 40-50 Brix% (a third process); a mixing process for adding stevioside, vinegar, and a concentrate of Schisandra chinensis to the concnetrated Rubus crataegifolius Bunge juice (a fourth process); and a boiling process for boiling the concentrate of Rubus crataegifolius mixed in the fourth process (a fifth process).</p>
