PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate know-how utilization to specific support development in which crisis response know-how to be referred can be efficiently narrowed down in a short time in an emergency.SOLUTION: A method for reference support of emergency know-how includes the steps of: grouping emergency response know-how stored in an emergency response know-how storage unit 15, according to transition probability based on the transitional frequency between items stored in an item transition probability storage unit 14, to a target event, in a know-how search unit 18; grouping the inside of the above group into similar groups in the order of the degree of similarity between the representative key word of the emergency response know-how group and the key word based on the target event, and presenting it in a display unit 101b; and grouping the newly selected similar groups by the item of recursively high transition probability from the selected items, when one of the similar groups is selected, and presenting it in the display unit 101b. Consequently, the crisis response know-how is narrowed down according to the above method. |
