PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a string monitor system for photovoltaic power generation which allows for accurate monitoring of the state of each solar cell string without causing wasteful increase in cost.SOLUTION: A string monitor system for photovoltaic power generation includes string monitors for monitoring the state of a plurality solar cell strings and informing the monitoring results, respectively, and a data bus which freely ensuring the connection of the string monitors incident to addition thereof and disconnection of the string monitors incident to removal thereof without affecting other equipment.
