FAN FILTER UNIT HAVING ACTIVE NOISE CONTROL

The present invention relates to a fan filter unit with an active noise control function. The fan filter unit comprises: a fan housing having an air inlet formed on one surface; a blower fan installed inside the fan housing and discharging air to a side surface; and a filter installed in the fan housing to filter floating particles in the air. A bell mouth is formed in the circumference of the air inlet, and a chamber is formed in the bell mouth while being extended to the outside of the fan housing, wherein a speaker for active noise control is mounted in the chamber. According to the present invention, airflow uniformity of the discharged air passing through the filter is improved, so that performance of the fan filter unit is improved. Moreover, the fan filter unit can effectively remove both a high-frequency noise and a low-frequency noise generated in a periphery of the fan filter unit.
