PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door seal structure of a vehicle which can exhibit high designability while reliably preventing interference of wheels.SOLUTION: A door seal structure of a vehicle includes a body 1 and a door 3. On the body 1, a body side wheel house 7a with which the wheel 5 is covered in an arched shape is formed. On the door 3, a door side wheel house 3a with which the wheel 5 is covered in an arched shape is formed. A resin molding 15 is fit to the body side wheel house 7a. A weather strip 23 is fit to the door side wheel house 3a. An extension part 23b of the weather strip 23 is provided so as to get away from the wheel as proceeding to the inside from the outside with respect to a visual line E orthogonal to the wheel in such an open state that the door 3 opens the door opening. |
