PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating-type home bakery in which the cooling air for cooling electrical components is used for cooling of the bread case in the kneading process and for heating of an upper part of the bread case in the baking process.SOLUTION: An air intake port 15 for introducing cooling air into a protective frame is provided in a lower part of a corner face corresponding to one end of a control board 25 on a front face side of the protective frame. A cooling fan 20 has its air outlet port 20a disposed corresponding to the air intake port in the lower part of the corner face of the protective frame, in addition to one end of the control board and a corner part of an electromagnetic induction coil, thereby enabling the cooling of the bread case within the protective frame in the kneading process and the heating of an upper part of the bread case in the baking process, in addition to the cooling of the control board and the electromagnetic induction coil. |
