PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner included in a distributed system capable of transferring a synchronizing signal to numerous power conditioners.SOLUTION: A power conditioner 2is configured to convert DC power into AC power which can be interlocked to a power system, and output the AC power, and comprises: a communication interface 24A for exchanging a synchronizing signal with a power conditioner 2via a transmission line 16; a communication interface 24B for exchanging a synchronizing signal with a power conditioner 2via a transmission line 16; a synchronizing signal monitor part 23d for monitoring the synchronizing signal received by the communication interface 24A; and a stop part 23c for stopping output of the AC power when the synchronizing signal being monitored by the synchronizing signal monitor part 23d is eliminated. When the communication interface 24A receives the synchronizing signal, the communication interface 24B transmits the synchronizing signal at a predetermined level regardless of processing executed by the synchronizing signal monitor part 23d and the stop part 23c. |
