PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO sensor using an anion-electroconductive polymer that can be made CO-selective with a small quantity of precious metal by combining a specific precious metal and a specific metal oxide and quick in response to CO.SOLUTION: A CO sensor has a detection electrode and a counter electrode on the front and rear faces, respectively, of an anion-electroconductive polymer film. The detection electrode contains an Au-carrying metal oxide and the anion-electroconductive polymer, and the metal oxide is InO, SnOor InOSnO. |
