When an organic light emitting display device is manufactured, defects due to impurities which penetrate in a process are prevented by patterning a counterpart electrode by introducing an auxiliary electrode. Also, a voltage drop generated on a substrate with a large area is compensated by thickening an auxiliary wire and a power electrode.
