PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of reliably providing important content which a user may miss, to the user.SOLUTION: A content providing process includes: a first viewing situation acquisition step S12 of acquiring, by a processor, a viewing situation of a viewer for provided content correspondingly to a time of providing the content; a feedback object content registration step S14 of registering, by the processor, missing content of a time interval which the viewer may not view, as feedback object content on the basis of the viewing situation; a viewable state estimation step S22 of estimating, by the processor, the state where the viewer can view the content, on the basis of the viewing situation of the viewer; and a feedback object content provision step S24 of providing, by the processor, the feedback object content to the viewer in the time interval in which it is estimated that the viewer is in the viewable state. |
