PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a high-voltage power conversion circuit using a flying capacitor, a number of low voltage resistance components are connected as semiconductor switch elements but since a potential difference between a main circuit part and a control circuit part is significant, it is necessary to insulate a power source circuit of each gate drive circuit while using a transformer and if a number of high-voltage transformers are used, a device may become large-sized and expensive.SOLUTION: As an insulator to be used for a power source circuit for supplying power to a gate drive circuit which drives a semiconductor switch element of a flying capacitor type power conversion circuit, a circuit using a transformer is connected in series and an intermediate connection of the serial connection circuit is connected to an intermediate potential point of a flying capacitor or a fixed potential point where a potential of a main circuit DC part is fixed. |
