The differential output circuit also includes a third transistor (MP1) which is provided between a fourth node (ND4) into which source current flows and the first node and in which an input electrode is connected to the third node, and a fourth transistor (MP2) which is provided between the third node and the fourth node, and in which the input electrode is connected to the first node. The differential output circuit further includes a first voltage generating circuit (103) which generates voltage between the first node and a first output terminal according to input current, and a second voltage generating circuit (104) which generates voltage between the third node and a second output terminal according to input current.</p>
