<p>The present invention relates to a ventilation apparatus for a total heat exchanger, in which the indoor contaminated air discharged to the outdoor is heat and humidity-exchanged with the fresh air supplied indoors, thereby saving heating/cooling energy of a building. The ventilation apparatus includes an exhaust damper (24) for opening or closing an exhaust passage (22) installed at a discharge port of an exhaust fan (21); a total heat exchanger damper (34) for opening or closing a total heat exchange passage (32) branched from the exhaust passage (22) and extending to a total heat exchanger (30); an indoor temperature sensor (T1) for detecting indoor temperatures; an outdoor temperature sensor (T2) for detecting outdoor temperatures; an intake temperature sensor (T3) for detecting the temperature of air supplied to an indoor place (20); a heating damper (46) for opening or closing a heating passage (44) extending to a heating diffuser (42) of a ceiling (40); a cooling damper (56) for opening or closing a cooling passage (54) extending to a cooling diffuser (52) of a wall (50); an interface circuit (62) which receives detected input signals from the indoor temperature sensor (t1), the outdoor temperature sensor (t2), and the intake temperature sensor (T3); a control unit for comparing the difference between the detected indoor and outdoor temperatures with the total heat exchanging temperature to alternatively open or close the exhaust damper (24) and the total heat exchange damper (34), and comparing the intake temperature with the cooling/heating division temperature to alternatively open or close the heating damper (24) and the cooling damper (56); and a damper driving unit (64) outputting an exiting current to drive the exhaust damper (24), the total heat exchange damper (34), the heating damper (46), and the cooling damper (56).</p> |
