The electrodes are connected to an outer side of the enclosure by terminals (17, 18). The terminals are mounted within a circuit of a resistor (Ru), inductor (L) and a capacitor (C). The cathode is connected to the respective terminal within the enclosure through an additional resistor (16) whose resistive value (Ra) satisfies a specific relation.
