PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle tilt measurement apparatus configured to measure tilt of a vehicle without increasing the number of components and cost, and to provide a vehicle tilt measurement method, a program and a medium.SOLUTION: A vehicle tilt measurement apparatus 1 includes: arithmetic operation means 3a which calculates a first vanishing point FOE1 when a vehicle V is stopped on a flat ground without occupants, and calculates a second vanishing point FOE2 when the vehicle V is running; and calculation means 3b for calculating a tilt angle &thetas; of the vehicle V on the basis of the first and second vanishing points FOE1 and FOE2. |
