The control device executes: mark setting processing of setting measurement marks at four positions provided on the plane part and separated from each other; reference plane setting processing of setting one plane passing in the vicinity of the respective measurement marks as a virtual reference plane by measuring the respective positions of the measurement marks by a measurement device; Z-coordinate calculation processing of calculating the respective Z-coordinates of the measurement marks, in an XYZ-coordinate system consisting of an X direction along the virtual reference plane, a Y direction orthogonal to the X direction and along the virtual reference plane, and a Z direction orthogonal to the X direction and the Y direction; and quality determination processing determining quality of the flatness at the adhesion part of the component on the basis of the calculated Z-coordinate.
