PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly provide a user of an air compressor with specific guidance information corresponding to condition of the air compressor, when abnormality occurs or complicated operations are required in the air compressor.SOLUTION: A support system of an air compressor comprises: the air compressor including a display for simply displaying message information; and an information terminal which can communicate with the air compressor and display guidance information corresponding to the message information. When any abnormality occurs in the air compressor, for example, the air compressor displays a message code, and then transmits the message to the information terminal by short-range radio communication. The information terminal of a user extracts guidance information corresponding to the message received from the air compressor, and then displays the extracted guidance information on a display of the information terminal. The guidance information includes specific solution corresponding to the current condition of the air compressor, so that the user can appropriately cope with the air compressor according to the guidance information. |
