The present invention relates to a pipe case assembly capable of reducing interlayer noise that prevents the noise, which is caused by water drain from upstairs of an apartment house, from being transferred to downstairs, and a construction method using the same. The pipe case assembly includes a case body that is installed on a slab steel bar so that at least one part of a lower portion is buried in the slab, and an interval is maintained by a spacer, and receives horizontal pipes from an upper opening; a support plate that is supported in a slot formed in the bottom or both inner walls of the case body, and is formed with an alignment groove on an upper portion to enclose the lower portion of the horizontal pipes; a cover that is formed with assembling holes, through which a vertical pipe or a drain trap penetrates, so that the horizontal pipe is connected to cover the upper portion of the case body; and a particle soundproof material that is filled between the case body and the cover in which the horizontal pipe is installed while maintaining the state of being particles. |
