<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a ZnSexS1-x (0<x<1) fluorescent nano particle. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a selenium powder and a sulphur powder with octadecene, heating and stirring to dissolve the selenium powder and the sulphur powder, and then cooling to obtain a first precursor liquid containing elemental selenium and sulphur; mixing zinc oxide, oleic acid or lauric acid, octadecene and benzophenone, and heating and stirring to dissolve the zinc oxide to obtain a second precursor liquid containing elemental zinc; adding the first precursor liquid to the second precursor liquid, reacting same for 5-10 min at 270°C-290°C; pouring the reaction liquid into a polar organic solvent to precipitate a crude product, and after washing and centrifugal separation, dissolving same with a non-polar organic solvent to obtain the ZnSexS1-x (0<x<1) nano particle.</p> |
