PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing disorders selected from the group consisting of major depressive disorder and anxiety disorder mediated by or associated with a glutamate receptor or a neurokinin 2 (NK2) receptor.SOLUTION: Provided are an aqueous fertilized egg isolate obtained by a method using an avian fertilized egg and comprising a separating the contents from the egg shell, filtering the content to obtain a resultant filtrate, mixing the content or the resultant filtrate without adding a solvent to prepare a slurry, mixing an aqueous solution with the slurry for a definite time, separating the above aqueous solution from a solid matter, and freeze-drying the above aqueous solution to obtain the fertilized egg isolate, and the use thereof. |
