PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel press-feeding control method and a common rail type fuel injection control device which suppresses unnecessary fluctuation of a rail pressure when a fuel injection valve gets to an injection stop state due to failure or the like and can secure stable rail pressure control.SOLUTION: When an electronic control unit 4 determines that any of fuel injection valves 2-1 to 2-n is in an injection stop state due to failure or abnormality, a valve-closing timing of an electro-magnetic type inlet valve 22 in a fuel press-feeding timing by means of a high-pressure pump 7 corresponding to the concerned fuel injection valve is corrected, the electro-magnetic type inlet valve 22 is closed with a valve-closing timing after the correction, only fuel of a quantity corresponding to a static leak of fuel on the fuel injection valve which is determined as injection stop is press-fed to a common rail 1 and unnecessary fluctuation of a rail pressure is suppressed. |
