PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining presence or absence of alcoholic addition in a drink regardless of a plant used as the material of a drink to be determined and the type of a plant used as the material of alcohol added.SOLUTION: Determining the presence or absence of alcohol addition in a drink comprises: the step of acquiring determination reference data by measuring hydrogen stable isotope ratio and/or oxygen stable isotope ratio in a nonalcoholic drink or alcoholic drink; the step of acquiring sample data by measuring a hydrogen stable isotope ratio and/or oxygen stable isotope ratio in a drink, as a target for determination, manufactured using the same raw water as a nonalcoholic drink or alcoholic drink; and the step of comparing the determination reference data and the sample data. |
