<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a press fitting state of a press fitting component which can determine an obliquely floating state and can attain a high degree of accuracy, high operability, and a low cost.SOLUTION: A load and a movement amount of a movable body applying the load in press-fitting a press fitting component into a press fitted component (a hole) are measured, and a slope K of a movement amount-load curve, which rises from a contact start point, of the press fitting component is calculated by using as the contact start point a measurement value of the movement amount of the movable body when the load rises sharply. A press fitting state is determined to be an obliquely floating state by a comparison result between the slope and a preset threshold value C. The determination can be made by the measurement of the load and the movement amount (acquisition of the movement amount-load curve), the calculation of the contact start point in press-fitting, setting of the threshold value, and arithmetic processing such as comparison operation.</p> |
