The present invention provides novel uses of a N1-cyclic amine-N5-substituted biguanide derivative for manufacturing a medicine for preventing or treating fibrosis. The N1-cyclic amine-N5-substituted biguanide derivative effectively inhibits EMT, thereby effectively inhibiting the fibrosis.
