<p>The present invention relates to an optical device substrate. Especially, the present invention relates to an optical device substrate which visualizes the shape of a glass cap bonding groove bonded to a glass cap according to the shape of the glass cap used for preventing the insertion of a foreign material into a cavity. A cavity comprises a recess groove with a preset depth from an upper part to a lower part. A metal substrate has a vertical insulating layer in the bottom surface of the cavity. At least one glass cap bonding groove is formed on the upper surface of a peripheral metal substrate surrounding each cavity to bond a rectangular glass cap for preventing the penetration of a foreign material and harmful gas from the recess groove in the cavity to the metal substrate.</p> |
