摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ultrasonic flaw detection method and test object structure which do not generate a dead zone. SOLUTION: A ultrasonic flaw detection method is constituted so that a probe 20 is arranged on the surface side of a test object with a recess 162 and a projection 161 on the surface, ultrasonic waves 21 are transmitted from the moved probe 20, the ultrasonic waves reflected on an inspection surface 31 in the test object is received, when a state of the inspection surface 31 is calculated from the received waves, an object obtained by embedding an adjustment member 17 which consists of a substance with speed of sound to be transmitted different from the speed of the sound of the test object 16 and refracts the ultrasonic waves 21 in a predetermined part in the test object 16 is used, and when passage of the ultrasonic waves within ranges of the recess 162 and the projection 161 is viewed, states of the respective parts of the inspection surface 31 are calculated from the ultrasonic waves which pass only the recess 162 and the ultrasonic waves which pass only the projection 161.
