The present invention relates to a method for constructing an anchor assembly for installing an external material including an insulation material of a concrete wall. The method for constructing an anchor assembly for installing an external material including an insulation material of a concrete wall includes: a step of inserting an anchor bolt into a wall hole formed on a concrete wall; a step of primarily fixing the anchor bolt into the wall hole by making an end part of an expansion cap expanded by a head part by hitting the expansion cap inserted into the anchor bolt; a step of installing a gap removing ring which is inserted into the shaft part of the anchor bolt to remove a gap between the wall hole and the anchor bolt; a step of inserting an anchor bolt escaping prevention sleeve into the shaft part of the anchor bolt to prevent the anchor bolt from escaping from the wall hole; a step of making a rear end of the anchor bolt escaping prevention sleeve adhere to the inside of an angle support plate having a long hole and inserting the anchor bolt into the long hole formed on the angle support plate by making the end part of the tapered wedge plate in contact with the outer surface of the concrete wall while setting an insulation material protective base bracket into the insulation material; and a step of fixing an angle for external material installation to the insulation material protective base bracket using the anchor bolt by screwing a fastening nut to the anchor bolt when the insulation material protective base bracket is in contact with the angle for external material installation, and also secondarily fixing the anchor bolt to the wall hole by making the expansion cap pressure the gap removing ring through the anchor bolt escaping prevention sleeve by fastening force of the fastening nut so that the end part of the expansion gap is opened in the head part. |
