The present invention provides an electric water chiller/heater having a rapid cooling machine using a compressor and a cooling controller for converting summer and winter. The electric water chiller/heater includes a winter voltage control unit that adjusts a current inputted from a power according to a signal detected by a winter temperature sensor to detect the temperature of drinking water of a cold water tank, and has a resistor (R19) connected between the power and an amplifier, and a capacitor (C11) connecting a power cable and a ground line (GND); an amplifying unit that amplifies a current signal applied from the winter voltage control unit, and is configured so that the output signal of the winter voltage control unit is inputted to a positive terminal of an amplifier (AM), and an output voltage of the amplifier (AM) is inputted to a negative terminal of the amplifier (AM) via a return resistor (R13) and is grounded via a resistor (R12); a winter comparing unit that compares the current signal applied from the amplifying unit and a preset current to output a high signal, and is configured so that the output signal of the amplifying unit is inputted to a positive terminal of a comparator (U1), the output voltage of the comparator (U1) is inputted to a positive terminal via a return resistor (R14), an input power of the comparator (U1) is divided by resistors (R16, R15) and then is inputted to a negative terminal, and an output terminal of the comparator (U1) is connected to a pull-up resistor (R17) connected to the power; and a drive signal output unit having a switch (JB) which is switched by the current signal of the winter comparing unit. Since the compressor is not driven during the winter, the energy is saved during winter, and the drinking water is not excessively cooled during winter. |
