<p>Disclosed is an ophthalmic composition suitable for topical administration to an eye comprising a) povidone-iodine in a concentration between 0.01% and 10%, and b) a steroid, preferably dexamethasone alcohol, dexamethasone sodium phosphate, predinisolone, prednisolone acetate or prednisolone sodium phosphate. The composition may be useful in the treatment and/or prophylaxis of a microorganism infection or a disorder of at least one tissue of the eye.</p> |
