The present invention relates to a propeller fan which can reduce an air-blowing noise and can prevent an unpleasant noise from occurring, and an air conditioner having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an air conditioner includes a compressor compressing a refrigerant; a condenser condensing the compressed refrigerant; an outdoor unit including an air-blowing fan blowing outside air to the inside; an indoor unit discharging the refrigerant introduced from the outdoor unit and the heat-exchanged air to an indoor space; and a connection pipe connecting the outdoor unit and the indoor unit, wherein a plurality of protrusions are formed on at least one side of the air-blowing fan, and a surface of the air-blowing fan includes a convex portion and a concave portion to be curved.
