Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a user equipment (UE) network accessing method, and an access device, the method comprising: a source side access device transmits an access instruction message to a UE instructing the UE to access a target side access device; alternatively, the source side access device transmits a first notification message to the target side access device instructing the target side access device to transmit access information to the UE, the access information being used to instruct the UE to access the target side access device; and while the UE is accessing the target side access device, the source side access device maintains connection between the UE and the source side access device. The network accessing method of a UE, and access device of the present invention do not cause service interruption.
