An emergency opening device suitable for manually opening a switching device comprises: - striking rod means for transmitting an opening-striking-force to an electromagnetic actuator which is operatively connected to electrical contacts of said switching device; a guiding-housing suitable for being placed on an external portion of a casing in which the switching device is housed, the guiding-housing being configured for slidably housing and guiding, along an operating direction, the striking rod means, energy-storing-propelling-means for propelling the striking rod means upon an external-triggering-command of an operator in order to impart the opening-striking-force to the electromagnetic actuator. The energy-storing-propelling-means are configured for imparting to the striking rod means along the operating direction a rectilinear snap movement having at least a kinematic parameter which is independent from the external-triggering-command. |
