The present invention relates to a pipe painting apparatus maintaining balance using a magnetic force. The pipe painting apparatus comprises: a support module which includes a guide unit formed to be long and positioned on the center line of the pipe while passing through the pipe made of metal, and support units disposed out of both ends of the pipe to support the guide unit; an internal painting module which moves along the guide unit within the pipe and sprays paint on the inner side of the pipe; and a center adjusting means which includes a magnetic force generating unit provided on the internal painting module to generate a magnetic force working on the inner side of the pipe and adjusts the position of the internal painting module by the magnetic force working between the magnetic force generating unit and the inner side of the pipe in order for the internal painting module to be positioned on the center line of the pipe.
