PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide column filler for measuring hemoglobins which is highly durable and capable of measuring hemoglobins highly accurately.SOLUTION: A column filler for measuring hemoglobins is produced by: a process in which after causing at least non-crosslinkable polymer particles to absorb a monomer mixture containing nonionic crosslinkable monomers and nonionic hydrophilic monomers having a reactive functional group, the monomers are polymerized under the existence of polymerization initiator to obtain nonionic hydrophilic crosslinked polymers; and a process in which the nonionic hydrophilic crosslinked polymers are caused to react with a compound having an ion exchange group that reacts with the reactive functional group, which the nonionic hydrophilic crosslinked polymers have, to obtain the column filler. |
