PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze measured data before finishing a measurement in a waveform analyzer obtaining the measured data from a waveform measuring device and analyzing it. SOLUTION: The waveform analyzer includes: a communication control section for sequentially obtaining divided measured data files recording, at a predetermined unit, the measured data sequentially obtained from a connected waveform measuring device during a measurement and storing them in a second auxiliary storage device; a measured data reconfiguration section creating accompanying information for use in a waveform analysis on the basis of the divided measured data files stored in the second auxiliary storage device and associating it with the divided measured data files; and a measured data analysis section for analyzing the measured data included in the divided measured data files, using the accompanying information.
