A mobile communication system includes a radio base stations (101, 102) and further includes a determination means for determining, on the basis of attribute information of the radio base stations, whether to establish a logical interface between the radio base stations (101, 102). Since it is arranged that the determination means determines, on the basis of attribute information of the radio base stations, whether to establish a logical interface between the radio base stations, the establishment of unnecessary logical interface (i.e., logical interface for which the necessity of maintenance is low) can be suppressed. |
