PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic that gives natural finish and is highly effective in masking irregularities of the skin such as pores immediately as well as over a long period of time after its application, irrespective of the direction from which the skin is viewed. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises (A) 0.1-30 mass% vinyl polymer having a carbosiloxane dendrimer structure in its side chain and (B) 0.1-30 mass% polymer particle wherein an inorganic pigment is encapsulated.
