<p>The present invention relates to a resistance chip trimming apparatus comprises a resistance circuit board supporting unit in which a resistance circuit board is absorbed on to a resistance circuit board in which resistance patterns are arranged with multiple rows and multiple columns; a horizontal frame to support the resistance circuit board supporting unit to be able to move to a Y-shaft and a X-shaft; a frame unit having a vertical frame vertically included in the horizontal frame; a probe unit to support a probe which individually measures a resistance value of the resistance patterns by connecting to the resistance circuit board and being included on the resistance circuit board supporting unit; and a trimming unit included on the probe unit and to control the resistance value to be within a reference range by cutting the resistance pattern when the resistance value of the resistance pattern measured by the probe is larger than the reference range. The trimming unit includes a trimmer body included in the vertical frame to be able to move to a Z-shaft; spindles combined with the trimmer body; and a trimmer connected to the resistance pattern by being extended with a predetermined length at the end of the spindles and to cut the resistance pattern.</p> |
