The present invention relates to a needle assembly device. According to the present invention, an assembly error rate regarding a needle that constitutes a needle roller bearing is reduced while assembly can be expedited. The needle assembly device according to the present invention for supplying needles to the needle roller bearing, where removal of the multiple needles positioned between an outer wheel and an inner wheel is prevented by two snap rings, includes a needle supply unit for supplying the needles; a needle charging unit that is connected to the needle supply unit and annularly charges the number of the needles required for the needle roller bearing; a bearing alignment unit that is supplied with the outer wheel in which one snap ring and the inner wheel are accommodated, aligns the outer wheel and the inner wheel at a position corresponding to the needle charging unit, and brings the aligned inner wheel and outer wheel into close contact with the needle charging unit; and a needle mounting unit that pushes the annularly charged multiple needles simultaneously into a space between the inner wheel and the outer wheel in a state where the inner wheel and the outer wheel are aligned by the bearing alignment unit. According to the present invention, the multiple needles can be accurately and quickly assembled between the inner wheel and the outer wheel constituting the needle roller bearing. |
