Disclosed is a fixation pin used for bone reduction using a bone reduction robot. The fixation pin for a bone reduction robot includes: an insertion part inserted into a bone and including a screw portion at an outer peripheral portion; a gripping part extended at a lateral side of the insertion part to the same axis with the insertion part and gripped at a part of an arm of the bone reduction robot; and a depth control washer movably screwed to the insertion part along the insertion part to limit an insertion depth the insertion part and positioned at one point on the insertion part.
