<p>The present invention relates to a system and a method for quickly verifying a process which can verify, in advance, the problem of interference with a tool during a finishing process in a simple method when a work such as a mold structure or the like is designed by using a 3D modeling program. The method for quickly verifying a process comprises the steps of: allowing a reviewer to select the drawing of work that is designed by the 3D modeling program and is to be verified and to open and output the selected drawing on a display (S301); storing a material shape and a processed shape of the work opened on the display in a work material shape memory unit and a work processed shape memory unit (S302); allowing the reviewer to open a processing information input window on the display, to input information on a processing pattern for a processed portion and on the shapes of a holder and a tool used for the process, and to input a generation command for solid models of the holder and the tool (S303); allowing the reviewer to select a processed portion that needs to be verified in the material-shaped solid model of the work displayed on the display before or after the S303 step (S304); generating a processing pattern based on the information on the material shape and the processed shape of the work for the processed portion selected for verification and the inputted processing method and information on the holder and the tool, and generating the solid models of the holder and the tool based on the generated processing pattern (S305); and positioning the generated solid models of the holder and the tool at the processed portion designated to the material-shaped solid model of the work (S306).</p> |
