<p>The strap-guide (1) has a fixing element (3) for securing the strap-guide on a vehicle body (4), and a clamp (5) for forming a loop (6) for a strap (7). A shock dissipation interface (10) is interposed between the fixing element and the clamp, so as to ensure retention of the clamp. The interface is arranged to guide a captive movement of the clamp relative to the fixing element when the strap exerts a shock force (F) with intensity exceeding a preset tripping threshold, and to deform against the movement of the clamp to ensure concomitant dissipation of a portion of shock energy. An independent claim is also included for a strap guiding system for a safety belt.</p> |
