<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for heat generation and cold air generation for a freeze drier. The present invention includes a heating medium container that accommodates a non-circulating heating medium; a heater that is arranged in close contact with one side of the heating medium container and heats the heating medium container; a vacuum tank that has a lower end portion surrounded by the heating medium container, stores a circulating heating medium, and has a supply flow path for circulating heating medium supply and a recovery flow path for circulating heating medium recovery provided in an upper end portion thereof; a cold plate having a circulation path that is connected to each of the supply flow path and the recovery flow path of the vacuum tank ad allows the circulating heating medium to be discharged after circulation along a predetermined path; and a refrigerant flow path that is arranged along the circulation path of the cold plate, circulates a refrigerant, and allows heat exchange with the circulating heating medium which flows along the circulation path. A heat pipe principle is applied and a circulating refrigerant temperature is adjusted so that the cold plate can be subject to temperature control from a high temperature to an extremely low temperature. Accordingly, the apparatus can be simplified for cost reduction and maintenance costs are saved because replenishment of a lost heating medium, heating medium pump repair, and the like are unnecessary. In addition, a failure rate is lowered and operation efficiency is improved so that apparatus reliability and safety can be ensured.</p> |
