<p>The present invention relates to a frying apparatus, which comprises a cylindrical main combustion chamber having a combustion space therein; a heating chamber combined to surround the outer periphery of the cylindrical main combustion chamber and heating an accommodated frying heat medium; a secondary chamber extended upward to become higher than the main combustion chamber at the opposite side to an opening/closing door of the cylindrical main combustion chamber, and having a low air inlet port formed to be connected to outside on the lower bottom; a secondary air suction opening/closing device formed to open/close a rear inlet port formed on the back side of the secondary chamber facing the entrance of the cylindrical main combustion chamber; a secondary exhaust opening/closing device formed to open/close a rear exhaust port formed on the back side of the secondary chamber at the upper part of the rear inlet port; a vertical part extended downward to be separated from the bottom of the cylindrical main combustion chamber from the end terminal of the cylindrical main combustion chamber contacting the secondary chamber; a section unit formed to have a horizontal part extended to be separated from the back side of the secondary chamber toward the back side of the secondary chamber from the lower end of the vertical part; and a main stovepipe at the upper part of the opening/closing door formed to be extended to outside so as to discharge combustion gas generated in the cylindrical main combustion chamber. According to the frying apparatus, the initial ignition is performed on the opposition side to the opening/closing door, combustion is gradually performed in the direction of the opening/closing door, the combustion condition does not much change after the initial ignition stage, and, thus, the sustaining time of combustion becomes longer, thereby providing the advantage capable of performing mass frying work.</p> |
