<p>Provided is a solid electrolytic capacitor including an anode body; a dielectric substance located on the anode body; an adhesive coating located on the dielectric substance; and a polymer layer located on the adhesive coating. The solid electrolytic capacitor includes an internal conductive polymer layer and an external conductive polymer layer, and at least one among the internal conductive polymer layer and external conductive layer is formed from pre-polymerized conductive polymer particles. Moreover, the adhesive coating includes a non-continuous pre-coating layer including multiple nano-projections of discrete manganese oxide (for example, manganese dioxide).</p> |
