PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for more easily and satisfactorily deodorizing persimmon juice.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a deodorized persimmon juice including the steps of mixing persimmon juice with zeolite and heating the mixture. An adsorbent is adsorbed with components of the persimmon juice. A mask includes the adsorbent at a portion for covering the nose or the mouth. Paper, cloth products such as gauze, towel, and nonwoven cloth, and polymer products such as absorptive polymer which are adsorbed with the deodorized persimmon juice can be used as sterilizing or antiviral products. The deodorized persimmon juice can be also used as sterilizing or antiviral cleaning fluids. Alternatively the deodorized persimmon is useful as raw material for coating.
